Andrew Arnott
Co-Founder
Andrew is an Integral Coach, Enneagram Practitioner and Mindfulness Teacher. His work invites people to expand their awareness and focus their attention to see the world around them in more comprehensive and effective ways.
His diverse experience in people and team management extends from roles as Client Service Director at Prospect (UK), Artist and Label Manager of Freshlyground (SA), Software Development Project Management at NML (SA) and Investment Banking Operations (Swiss/UK). He is university-certified in the design of mindfulness-based interventions and is an internationally accredited (IEA)
Enneagram, Identity Maturity and Teams practitioner and ICF-accredited Integral Coach.
Andrew partners with clients and organisations to nurture employee wellness, enhance cohesion and performance and develop a team’s capacity to consciously connect with themselves and othersacross cultures and with local and global systems to positively impact the world we inhabit.
Helen Ludwig
Co-Founder
Helen is an executive coach, entrepreneur, experienced leader, and strategic thinker who is passionate about growing people and businesses that thrive.
She has over two decades of corporate experience, working with demanding clients and leading teams of people in high-paced environments. Previously Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer of Saatchi & Saatchi Cape Town, she’s worked with and developed strategies for many local and global blue chip businesses. She has also walked a successful entrepreneurial journey as Co-Founder of Wonder, a purpose-driven creative agency.
Her experience extends across multiple categories, including financial services, FMCG, retail, fintech, automotive, telco, beverages, communication, healthcare tech, energy (fossil and renewable), logistics and non-profit.
Her approach to leadership and team development is grounded in mindfulness, the Enneagram and Integral Theory. She is also an accredited Enneagram as well as Identity Maturity practitioner.
To her clients she brings her personal leadership experience, lessons learned as an entrepreneur, decades of strategy development and transformational coaching expertise. She is inspired by leaders, teachers and healers from many traditions and integrates all she has learned into her work.
